Lookin’ for Lucky
Trailer of this latest british independent feature film in which John plays Kieran
‘John is one of the most professional young men I have ever met in the theatre.‘ Gill Istead - Chester Chronicle
‘John Garfield-Roberts brings a level of much needed emotion and sensitivity to the characters complex circumstances‘
Chris Leonard director of ‘Lookin’ for Lucky’
‘The performance by John Garfield-Roberts is astonishing...His immense physical presence, so much in contrast with his performance of Lennie’s multitudinous fears, anxieties, incomprehension and dependency, fills the stage with fantastic execution.’
Reviewer - ‘Of Mice & Men’

John has just filmed a new set of Idents for ITV’s flagship police drama The Bill. The Ident is being used to relaunch the new post-watershed time slot of the production. John plays a TV wielding thug, and stars alongside Bill stars Gary Lucy and Dominic Power, and will be aired from 16th July 2009 for approx 3 weeks.
John over the last 12 months has been involved in creating and directing a new musical based on Peter Pan...but with only 42 hours to opening night, the actor playing the role of Hook has become unavailable, meaning John has stepped into the breeches (big black ones in fact) and is donning the wig to take on the role this famous villain.
